1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”הוועדה“ – הוועדה המייעצת שהנגיד מינה לפי סעיף 70 לחוק;
”חבר הוועדה“ – חבר הוועדה שאינו עובד המדינה;
”יושב ראש הוועדה“ – חבר הוועדה שהנגיד מינה ליושב ראש הוועדה לפי סעיף 70(ג) לחוק;
”תקנות הגמול“ – תקנות החברות הממשלתיות (כללים בדבר גמול והוצאות לדירקטור מקרב הציבור בחברות הממשלתיות), התשנ״ד–1994.
