2. החזקת רכב השכרה נגיש
(א)מי שעיסוקו השכרת רכב השכרה, ושבבעלותו או בהחזקתו 100 כלי רכב לפחות, יחזיק רכבי השכרה נגישים, לנהיגה עצמית ולהסעת אדם עם מוגבלות, במספר כמפורט בתוספת הראשונה לפחות.
(ב)ברכב השכרה נגיש המיועד לנהיגה עצמית, יותקנו כיסא שישה מצבים, מנגנון יד להפעלה ביד שמאל או מנגנון יד להפעלה ביד ימין או דוושת מאיץ להפעלה ברגל שמאל כמפורט בתוספת הראשונה.
