2ב. ניכויים כלליים
תיקון: תשכ״ד, תשל״ה, תשל״ו, תשל״ז, תשל״ט, [ק״ת שינוי סכומים]
ואלה הניכויים הכלליים לענין קביעת יתרת העזבון:
(1)שוויים של נכסים הפטורים ממס עזבון לפי חוק זה או לפי סעיף 55 לחוק לעידוד השקעות הון, תשי״ט–1959;
(2)הוצאות, אגרות, חובות והתחייבויות כאמור בסעיף 4;
(3)1,000,000 שקלים;
(4)(נמחקה).
