3. ביצה ראויה למאכל אדם
ביצת מאכל היא ביצה אשר –
(1)לא נמצא בה פגם מן המפורטים בסעיף 14ד(ב) לכללי המועצה לענף הלול (הסדרת ייצור, מיון ושיווק), התשכ״ח–1968 (להלן – כללי המועצה לענף הלול);
(2)אוחסנה –
(א)בקירור – לא יותר מ־3 חודשים;
(ב)שלא בקירור – 16 ימים או פחות.
