8. מיגון לחברי ועדת הקלפי, מזכיר הקלפי ושאר השוהים בקלפי הייעודית לחולים ובקלפי הייעודית למבודדים
(א)חברי ועדת הקלפי, מזכיר הקלפי ושאר השוהים בקלפי הייעודית לחולים יעטו מיגון מלא בכל עת.
(ב)חברי ועדת הקלפי, מזכיר הקלפי ושאר השוהים בקלפי הייעודית למבודדים יעטו מסכה בכל עת.
