4. מים מוספים
(א)לא יוסיף אדם מים לבשר בשיעור העולה על 10% ממשקלו הכולל של הבשר.
(ב)בבשר מעובד היחס בין כמות המים לכמות החלבון לא יעלה על היחס המפורט להלן, לפי הענין:
(1)בשר בהמות – 1:4.6;
(2)בשר עוף – 1:4.1.
(ג)בשר שיחס כמות המים בו לכמות החלבון עולה על היחס המפורט להלן, יראוהו כבשר מעובד:
(1)בשר בהמות – 1:4;
(2)בשר עוף – 1:3.5.
