3. הוגנות בקבלת תשדירי פרסום לפרסום
התאגיד לא יפלה לרעה ולא יעדיף לטובה מפרסם, פרסומאי או חברת מדיה, בתהליך קבלתו או דחייתו לפרסום של תשדיר פרסום.
