51. איסור שיבוץ בתוכניות מסוימות
מקבץ פרסום לא ישובץ במהלך תוכניות, ובפרק זמן של 30 שניות מסיום תוכניות, מן הסוגים כמפורט להלן:
(1)טקס הלוויה;
(2)טקס זיכרון;
(3)תוכנית העוסקת בהשמדת עם;
(4)תוכנית אחרת שתורה עליה המועצה מזמן לזמן, בין באופן כללי ובין לעניין מסוים העוסקת בנושא רגיש או ששיבוץ מקבץ פרסום במהלכה עלול לפגוע ברגשות הציבור.
