64. הפקת תשדיר
תשדיר פרסומי שהפיק התאגיד או הזכיין ישודר בכפוף לכללים אלה; המזמין לא יעשה שימוש אחר בתשדיר פרסומי כאמור בלא אישור מראש של התאגיד או הזכיין, למעט אם אושר בהסכם ההזמנה.
