Section 2 of תקנות סמכויות מיוחדות להתמודדות עם נגיף הקורונה החדש (הגבלות במערכת בתי הדין הרבניים) (הוראת שעה) (מס׳ 2), התשפ״א–2021, חובת עטיית מסכה.
2. חובת עטיית מסכה
(א)לא ישהה מבקר בבית הדין בלי שהוא עוטה מסכה אם הוא מחויב בעטיית מסכה לפי סעיף 3ה לצו בידוד בית.
(ב)על אף האמור, בית הדין רשאי להורות על הסרת המסכה באולם הדיונים במקרים המתאימים, לרבות אם יש בעטיית המסכה כדי להקשות על גביית עדות.
