2א1. איסור התקהלות ושמירת מרחק
תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)השוהים בבתי הדין הרבניים, לרבות באולמות הדיונים ובשטחים הציבוריים בבנייני בתי הדין הרבניים, ישמרו, ככל האפשר, על מרחק של 2 מטרים לפחות בין אדם לאדם, למעט אנשים הגרים באותו מקום.
(ב)הדיון יתקיים בהשתתפות בעלי הדין ובאי כוחם בכפוף להוראות כל דין וכן בהשתתפות בעלי זיקה אחרים להליך; כניסתם של מבקרים נוספים תותר בכפוף לאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
