23. תחזוקה
תיקון: תשנ״א
(א)פתחי הכניסה לבריכה ולמחסן ושערי החצר יהיו סגורים ונעולים בכל עת פרט לזמן שעובדים בה.
(ב)החצר תוחזק נקיה מעשב, פסולת וכל חפץ שאינו דרוש להחזקת הבריכה ולהספקת מים סדירה.
(ג)מערכת הבריכה תוחזק במצב תקין וראוי לשימוש; מיתקן או אבזר שיצא מכלל שימוש מסיבה כלשהי יוחלף.
