4. שינויים
תיקון: תשנ״א
(א)שינוי מהותי בתכנית המאושרת טעון אישור מראש מאת המהנדס.
(ב)בתום בנייתה של מערכת בריכה או לאחר ביצוע שינוי מהותי בה, יגיש המתכנן למהנדס את תכנית הביצוע בפועל כשהיא חתומה בידו.
