18. רישום תהליכי קירור ופיסטור
(א)מידות חום הקירור, הפיסטור וההקפאה יירשמו במד חום רושם והרשם יציין את הפרטים שלהלן בצד הרישום ויחתום לידם:
(1)תאריך הפיסטור;
(2)מספר האצווה;
(3)סוג הביצים המפוסטרות.
(ב)הרשומה כאמור בתקנה זו תישמר במשך שנה אחת במפעל.
