מכירת זכות במקרקעין שהיא לצורך רישום כיחידה אחת של קרקע ומחוברים עליה הרשומים כנכסים נפרדים לפי סעיף 157 לחוק המקרקעין, תשכ״ט–1969, חייבת במס רכישה בשיעור של 0.5%.
