תיקון: תש״ם־2, תשמ״ב
מכירת זכות במקרקעין לנאמן בפשיטת רגל וכן מכירת זכות במקרקעין מנאמן בפשיטת רגל לחייב יהיו חייבות במס רכישה בשיעור של 0.5%.
