9. סמכויות מפקח
(א)בעל רשיון מנחת יציג את רשיונו למפקח לפי דרישתו.
(ב)מפקח רשאי, בכל עת סבירה, לבקר במנחת ולבדוק את כלי הטיס, את הציוד ואת המיתקנים שבו, את דרכי הביקורת עליהם, וכן לבדוק אם נתקיימו לגבי המנחת הוראות תקנות אלה.
