תיקון: תשמ״ה־2
האחראי על כלי הסעה המגיע לישראל ימסור לאנשים הנמצאים בכלי ההסעה ומבקשים להיכנס לישראל טופס רישום שקבע השר; הנוסע ימלא את הפרטים שבטופס הרישום לגביו ולגבי הנלווים אליו על־פי הרשום במסמך הנסיעה.
