20. המלצות למתן רישיון ואישורים
תיקון: תשל״ו, תש״ם־2, תשנ״א, תשנ״ח, תשס״ב
(א)המבקש רישיון למחסן רשוי יצרף לבקשתו רישיון או היתר זמני כמשמעותם בסעיף 4 לחוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968, ובהתאם לצו רישוי עסקים (עסקים טעוני רישוי), התשנ״ה–1995.
(ב)המבקש רישיון למחסן מטעני עולים יצרף לבקשתו המלצה מאת יושב ראש הסוכנות היהודית לארץ ישראל.
