23א. דו״ח שנתי על מלאי
תיקון: תשל״ו, תש״ם־2
(א)בעל רשיון יגיש למנהל עד 31 בינואר בכל שנה דו״ח על המלאי של הטובין המוחסנים במחסן הרשוי ליום 31 בדצמבר שלפניו; הדו״ח יוגש לפי הנוסח שבתוספת השמינית.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי המנהל, אם ראה טעמים מיוחדים לכך, להתיר הגשת דו״ח במועד אחר.
