תיקון: תשל״ו, תש״ם־2, תשמ״ה
המנהל רשאי לסרב להתיר רשימון החסנה וכן לאסור החסנה במחסן רשוי מסויים אם בעל הרשיון או בעל הטובין או סוכנו לא קיים הוראות דיני המכס או מטעם סביר אחר.
