24. תעודות מכס
תיקון: תשכ״ו־2, תש״ל־4, תשל״ז־3, תשמ״א־3, תשמ״ז־3, [הודעות]
(א)מותר ליתן תעודת מכס כדי להעיד על –
(1)יבוא טובין או יצואם;
(2)בדיקתם של טובין;
(3)כל עובדה אחרת שגובה המכס ימצא לנכון לאשר.
(ב)בעד תעודת מכס תשולם אגרה בסך 20 שקלים חדשים (נכון לשנת 1987; החל מינואר 2025, 126 ש״ח).
