30ו. פרסום חובת הצהרה
תיקון: תשל״ב, תשל״ג־4, תשל״ה, תשמ״ב־2, תשמ״ה־2
(א)המנהל יפרסם בנמלי תעופה בנמל ים ובמסופי מעבר, ובכל מקום נוסף שיראה לו, הודעה בדבר החובה ליתן הצהרה לפי תקנה 30ה.
(ב)ההודעה תכלול רשימה של החפצים האישיים שאין חובה להצהיר עליהם ושל כמויותיהם.
פורסמה הודעה בדבר חובת הצהרה (י״פ תשנ״ב, 3728) .
