2. חובת סגירת אריזות
(א)לא ישווק אדם מזון ארוז מראש, לא ייצרו, לא ייבאו ולא יחסינו אלא באריזה סגורה.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לקבוע סוגי אריזות שלענין תקנות אלה יראו אותן כאריזות סגורות.
