4. מוסד מוכר לביצוע תכנית הלימודים
תכנית הלימודים לענין תקנות אלה תבוצע במוסד לימודים אקדמי שהכיר בו המנהל לאחר שהוכיח את יכולתו להעבירה על פי אמות מידה שהחליטה עליהן ועדת המקצוע; ולענין הכשרת הנדסאים – ברמה אקדמית או ברמה של מוסד מוכר להכשרת הנדסאים דרך כלל (להלן – מוסד מוכר).
