27.
בנסיבות המתוארות בסעיף 26 יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)הנושא יובא בידי שר המשפטים, בכתב, לפני הועדה, שתקיים התייעצות בענין, לפני הבאתו לממשלה; הועדה תגבש את עמדתה לאחר שנתנה ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה הזדמנות להשמיע את דברו בפניה, ותגיש לממשלה את מסקנותיה בכתב.
(2)ליועץ המשפטי תהיה זכות שימוע גם בפני הממשלה או בפני ועדת שרים שהיא מינתה למטרה זו.
