Section 4 of הודעה בדבר קביעת הדרכים והתנאים למינויו של היועץ המשפטי לממשלה.
4.
(א)חבר הועדה –
(1)שנתמנה לפי סעיף 3(1), (4) או (5), יכהן תקופה של ארבע שנים;
(2)שנתמנה לפי סעיף 3(2) יכהן כל עוד מכהנת הממשלה שמינתה אותו;
(3)שנתמנה לפי סעיף 3(3), יכהן כל עוד הוא חבר הכנסת.
(ב)נתפנה מקומו של חבר הועדה, ימונה חבר אחר במקומו, בידי מי שמוסמך למנותו לפי סעיף 3.
