26. הסברה מחוץ לישראל
דיין רשאי להשתתף מדי פעם בפעולות הסברה מחוץ לישראל מטעם המדינה או מטעם גוף ממלכתי או ציבורי העושה לטובת הכלל, ובלבד שקיבל לכך אישור מאת נשיא בית הדין הרבני הגדול.
