תיקון: תשע״ו
הכללים בסימן זה נועדו להסדיר את ניתוק הקשרים העסקיים והכספיים בין מי שנבחר לכהונת דיין לבין לקוחותיו ושותפיו לשעבר, ומטרתם להביא לכך שהקשרים העסקיים והכספיים האמורים ינותקו בהקדם האפשרי; יובהר כי כללים אלה חלים על ניתוק קשרים כספיים הנובעים מעיסוקו של הדיין בכל משלח יד.
