38ז. הסדר – תנאי להצהרת אמונים
תיקון: תשע״ו
מי שנבחר לכהונת דיין לא יוזמן להצהרת אמונים אצל נשיא המדינה עד אשר ייערך הסדר ניתוק יחסים כספיים, וייחתם בידו; במקרים חריגים רשאית ועדת השניים לאשר בכתב את זימונו של דיין להצהרת אמונים אף שטרם חתם על ההסדר.
