18. פרוטוקול
יושב ראש ועדה או צוות ינהל פרוטוקול מישיבת הועדה או הצוות; היושב ראש יקרא כל הודעה שגבו הועדה או הצוות או שנמסרו להם, לפני מוסר ההודעה, וזה יאשר בחתימת ידו כי אכן נקראה ההודעה לפניו; סירב לחתום – יצויין הדבר בפרוטוקול.
