2א. העברת היתר
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)היתר הקמה, היתר הפעלה או היתר סוג, ניתן להעברה, ובלבד שניתן לכך אישור מראש ובכתב מאת הממונה.
(ב)הממונה רשאי להתנות את מתן האישור בקבלת מידע ומסמכים הדרושים לצורך החלטה בבקשה, וכן רשאי הוא לקבוע תנאים באישור ככל הדרוש כדי להבטיח עמידה בתנאי ההיתר.
