26. הוראת מעבר
על אף הוראות סעיף 17 לחוק קליטת חיילים משוחררים, התשנ״ד–1994, כנוסחו בסעיף 25 לחוק זה, חייל משוחרר שחתם על חוזה שכירות לפני יום תחילתו של חוק זה (להלן – יום התחילה), יוכל לממש את זכאותו לשכר דירה לפי הוראות סעיף 17 לחוק האמור כנוסחו טרם תיקונו לפי חוק זה, עד למועד שלא יהיה מאוחר מ־30 ימים מיום התחילה.
