32. אישור על זכאות לתעודת הסמכה
(א)דין אישור חתום ביד בוחן ראשי כי מבקש פלוני זכאי לתעודת הסמכה לדרגת הסמכה שצוינה בו, כדין תעודת הסמכה לאותה דרגה עד למתן התעודה או לתקופה של שישה חודשים מיום הוצאתה לפי המוקדם מביניהם.
(ב)אישור על זכאות לתעודת הסמכה יהיה לפי הטופס שבתוספת הרביעית.
