46. תוקף הכרה בתעודת הסמכה וחידושה
(א)הכרה בתעודת הסמכה תהיה לתקופה של עד שנה.
(ב)הבוחן הראשי רשאי לחדש הכרה כאמור שתוקפה פג, אם הוכחו להנחת דעתו כל אלה:
(1)תעודת ההסמכה שהוכרה בתוקף;
(2)לבעל תעודת ההסמכה יש אישור שירות.
