הועדה הרפואית, מוסד רפואי מוסמך, רופא מורשה וועדת ערר שנתמנו לפני תחילתן של תקנות אלה יראו אותם כאילו נתמנו, הוסמכו או הורשו לפי פרק ו׳ לתקנות אלה.
