15ו. תעודת משיט קבועה
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשפ״א
שולמה האגרה הנקובה בתוספת הראשונה בעבור מתן תעודת משיט קבועה או חידושה והמבקש הצטלם בהתאם לאמור בתקנה 15ג(א)(4) או (ב)(3), לפי העניין, תנפיק רשות הרישוי תעודת משיט קבועה, בכפוף לאמור בתקנות 18 עד 22; תעודת המשיט תישלח בתוך 90 ימים מיום שבוצע צילום פניו של המבקש, לכתובתו של בעל התעודה לפי הרשום במרשם האוכלוסין.
