20. תעודה שהושגה על סמך פרטים כוזבים
קיבל אדם תעודת משיט על סמך פרטים כוזבים או מטעים, רשאית רשות הרישוי, על פי שיקול דעתה, להתלות את תעודת המשיט, לבטלה או לסרב לחדשה, לפי הענין.
