24. ועדת ערר
(א)השר ימנה ועדת ערר בת שלושה חברים והם: נציג ציבור או עובד המדינה בעל השכלה משפטית, נציג משטרת ישראל ונציג אגודת ספורט ימי או ארגון בעל כלי שיט.
(ב)הודעה על מינוי ועדת ערר ועל מענה תפורסם ברשומות.
(ג)ועדת הערר רשאית לבטל את החלטת רשות הרישוי, לשנותה או להחזיר את הענין לדיון נוסף לרשות הרישוי.
(ד)כל עוד לא החליטה ועדת הערר אחרת תעמוד החלטת רשות הרישוי בתוקפה.
