27. תעודה ממדינת חוץ
(א)רשות הרישוי רשאית להכיר בתעודה שנתנה רשות מוסמכת במדינת חוץ להשטת כלי שיט קטן, ולתת תעודת משיט לפי תקנות אלה, בתנאים ובמגבלות שתקבע.
(ב)רשות הרישוי רשאית לבטל את הכרתה בתעודה כאמור באותם המקרים שהיא רשאית לבטל או להתלות תעודת משיט לפי תקנות אלה.
