8. תעודת משיט למפרשית
תיקון: תשס״ד
רשות הרישוי רשאית לתת תעודת משיט להשטת מפרשית שתיקרא, תעודת משיט 21, למבקש שנתקיימו בו תנאים אלה:
(1)הוא בן שש עשרה שנים לפחות;
(2)המציא לרשות הרישוי אישור רפואי המעיד על כושר הראיה שלו ומצב בריאותו הכללי להשיט מפרשית;
(3)עמד בבחינה להשטת מפרשית מטעם רשות הרישוי או מי שרשות הרישוי הסמיכה אותו לכך.
