13. זכות למלווה בחקירה
סעיף 14 לחוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה יחול על הליכים משמעתיים לפי החוק, בשינויים אלה: אחרי ”עבירת מין או אלימות“ יראו כאילו נאמר ”חמורה או נפגע עבירה שהוא קטין“ ובמקום ”הגוף החוקר“ יראו כאילו נאמר ”על ידי חוקר“.
