3. הודעה על דחיית פגישה
הודעה על החלטה בדבר דחיית הפגישה כאמור בתקנה 2 תימסר לעצור בהקדם האפשרי; כמו כן תימסר הודעה כאמור, לפי בקשתו, לאדם הקרוב לו שהוא נקב בשמו, אלא אם כן נתן בית משפט הוראה לפי סעיף 36 לחוק.
