Section 3 of תקנות סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים) (הסדרים לקיום דיונים לפי סעיף 29 לחוק), התשנ״ז–1997, הבאת עצור לאחר צאת השבת או החג.
3. הבאת עצור לאחר צאת השבת או החג
(א)בית המשפט ייפתח שעה לאחר צאת השבת או החג, ובלבד שכדי למנוע חילול שבת וחג, רשאי השופט לקבוע מראש שעה מאוחרת יותר לפתיחת בית המשפט.
(ב)עצור שיש להביאו בפני שופט לאחר צאת השבת או החג לפי סעיף 29(ג) עד (ה) לחוק, לפי הענין, יובא בפניו בהקדם האפשרי.
