16. טיפול רפואי
כל עצור המבקש טיפול רפואי זכאי להיבדק בידי חובש או רופא במקום המעצר; כל עצור זכאי לקבל טיפול רפואי הנחוץ לו לשם שמירה על בריאותו, על פי קביעת רופא מקום המעצר, ובדרך שתיקבע בפקודות; בסעיף זה, ”חובש“ – מי שקצין רפואה ראשי של משטרת ישראל או קצין רפואה ראשי של שירות בתי הסוהר הסמיכו לבדוק עצורים לפי תקנה זו.
