20. פרסום זכויות וחובות
בכל מקום מעצר יותקן שלט, במקום בולט לעין, ובו פירוט עיקרי זכויות עצורים, חובותיהם, סמכויות מפקד מקום המעצר לפי החוק וכן סדר יום עצורים באותו מקום ובכלל זה סדרי העברת בקשות ופניות למפקד מקום המעצר.
