8. מזון
(א)עצור זכאי לקבל שלוש ארוחות ביום לפחות, בשעות סדירות; הארוחות תהינה מורכבות ממזון בכמות ובהרכב הנדרשים לשם שמירה על בריאות העצור.
(ב)עצור הנזקק למזון מיוחד מטעמי בריאות על פי אישור רופא מקום המעצר, יהיה זכאי לקבל מזון כאמור במקום המעצר.
