23. החלפת צרכן בנכס מושכר בלא מד מים משויך
תיקון: תשפ״ה־2
ביקש צרכן בנכס מושכר בלא מד מים משויך לבטל את רישומו בפנקסי החברה כצרכן והתקיימו הוראות סעיף 21(ב), יירשם הצרכן־בעלים כצרכן בנכס; נעשה השינוי האמור, שלא בהסכמת הצרכן־בעלים, תודיע החברה לצרכן־בעלים על דבר רישומו כצרכן ועל האפשרות לשנות את הרישום האמור אם יוכיח לחברה כי ביצע את ההכנות הנדרשות לצורך התקנת מד מים משויך.
