25. בקשת שינוי
תיקון: תשע״ב, תשע״ד, תשפ״ה־2
(א)על אף האמור בסימן זה, בתקופה שבה קיימת מניעה מביצוע רישום צרכן או צרכן־בעלים או ביטול רישומם כאמור בשל הנפקת הודעות חיוב, לא תיכלל תקופה זו בגדר התקופה האמורה לביצוע הפעולה.
(ב)החיוב בתשלום בעד שירותי המים והביוב שניתנו עד למועד הגשת בקשה לפי סעיפים 21א או 21ב יחול על הצרכן הרשום עד לאותו המועד.
