77. דרכי הפנייה לחברה
תיקון: תשע״ב־2
חברה תפרסם באתר את דרכי הפנייה אליה, לרבות כל אלה:
(1)כתובת ושעות קבלת קהל בכל אחד ממרכזי קבלת הקהל של החברה;
(2)מספר הטלפון ושעות המענה במוקד השירות הטלפוני;
(3)מספר הטלפון ושעות המענה במוקד החירום;
(4)כתובת דואר אלקטרוני ומספר פקסימילה למשלוח פניות.
